WeP provides One Stop Information Management & Information Protection solutions through its division Select Technologies. Impact Printers, High Speed Printers & Line Matrix Printers have been the traditional businesses of WeP. WeP continues its dominance in these areas. WeP’s two facilities at Mysore and Nalagarh (Himachal Pradesh) are state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities having the capacity to produce more than 650,000 products and 1 million consumables per annum. WeP has created India’s largest IT products sales infrastructure of 10,000 active retail outlets and supports more than 2,000 large business consumers directly. To enable superior product development, WeP has expanded its Research & Development group with in-depth domain expertise and specialization in cross-functional project management process.

New Launch – Retail & Power Solutions	The burgeoning business of automated and organized retail has ushered in a paradigm shift in Indian economy. To keep pace with the changing market dynamics, even the retailers at the bottom of the retail pyramid are looking for solutions to serve their customers better. Addressing this need we has come up with an automated billing solution for the small retailers, which is efficient and cost-effective called BP-40. We have also launched TH400, which is the fastest and smartest thermal receipt printer. DSI 810 is our New TriShare Impact Printer. We have recently launched a revolutionary product invented and patented at WeP called “DCB” technology that will revolutionize the power solutions arena. Unlike the prevailing single-PC Line Interactive UPS that supports a single PC and provides a back up time of about 15 minutes, or, the prohibitively expensive Online UPS, the DCB UPS will provide the benefits of the much costlier Online technology UPS at a price which is close to the more common Line Interactive UPS. DCB is the only UPS technology that can provide power backup of up to 8 hours for a single PC – a dire need in a power-starved country.
Print Services	We are the early bird in business printing services. Launched under the brand name “Bizberry Print and Save Solutions” over the last 2 yrs, it’s the first of its kind in Business Printing Outsourcing that is now enjoyed by over 800 Corporate Customers in India. The advantage to the Customer by utilizing this service is manifold (vis a vis owing their printers). For example, the Customer has no risk of obsolescence. The hassle and burden of maintenance is taken over by us. The cost of consumables, their procurement and storage is no longer the bother of the Customer. Apart from offering this service at customer locations, WeP’s “Bizberry Print and Save” also has 5 print centers in major cities that offer a variety of Printing Services. Some of the kind of services enjoyed/utilized by WeP’s Corporate Customers at these centres includes: Printing and compilation of family cards/ration cards for public distribution of a state government. Printing of electoral rolls Printing and compilation of driving licenses for state government Printing and compilation of employee cards, certificates etc, employee contract letters. Printing and compilation of corporate presentations and materials pertaining to the merchant-banking segment.

Operations’ Overview
WeP has direct sales and support offices in 19 Cities in India, and all WeP Products are sold through 200+ channel partners present in 158 locations. WeP addresses over 15000 resellers across the country. WeP Tech Fuel and spares are distributed through Stockiest retailers and authorized service providers. The WeP Print & Save customer executive team provides the printing services to the customers across the country. WeP products are supported across 120 locations in the country through 182 authorized support partners. There are 38 locations with warranty stockiest that provide spare support to all products during the warranty period. "WeP Warranty Centers" are WeP owned outlets providing support to walk-in customers in 5 locations.
CSR
CSR is one of the foundation values of WeP. 2% of profit after tax per annum is used for CSR activities that include e-waste management programs, water conservation programs, aforestation initiatives, promotion of education to name a few. ‘WeP Sparsh’, an employee driven volunteer program, has been building sustainable communities and providing support to initiatives that help underprivileged children. WeP has also dedicated itself to serve the community at large during natural calamities like the earthquake in Gujarat and the Tsunami that devastated the east coast.
